Refund and Cancellation

We have a Liberal Return Policy

• – You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags with the same package within 7 days after receiving the products, in case you do not like it for any reasons.
• – In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the product cost excluding the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.
• – For queries regarding product alteration or for sending the item(s) back to us for alterations, please send an email at: sahithi.vja@gmail.com

Terms and Conditions:

• – We do not accept any returns after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
• – All products should be returned in original condition.
• – Any complaint with regards to damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Refund on Returns:

• – We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods
• – No refund request will be entertained once product has been dispatched or getting delayed at courier service.
• – At any point of time, in any case the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
• – For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
• – Shipping cost would charged for refund, since we do not offer free shipping all over India.
